At Henry's Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the instrument or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and cables are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
